The Royal Trek
(Maximum Elevation 1730 M / 5700 F)
This is an easy, short trek that starts near Pokhara and offers good mountain views. It gained its name because Prince Charles and an entourage of 90 guests, camp followers and staff trekked here. The trek has also seen the likes of such luminaries as Mick Jagger. The route is not a popular one, so you will see few other trekkers.
Itinery
Day 1 : Drive or flight to Pokhara. Overnight at **** Hotel.
Day 2: Sight Seeing in Pokhara.Overnight at **** Hotel.
Day 3:
Pokhara to Kalikastan.Overnight in Tent.
Day 4: Kalikastan to Shaklung.Overnight in Tent.
Day 5: Shaklung to Chisopani.Overnight in Tent.
Day 6: Chisopani to Pokhara. Overnight at **** Hotel.
Day 7: Fly back to Kathmandu.
