Mount Everest Expedition
“The grandest thirty miles of the Himalaya.” That was how H.W. Tilman, the great British mountaineer, described Nepal’s Everest region. The highest peak in the Earth, Mount Everest stands 8848 meter/29,028 ft tall and stands 5 and 1/2 miles above sea level. The Lobuche peaks consists of two different summits, viz. East and West with heights of 6,119 m and 6,145 m respectively. A continuous ridge connects them but there is still a sharp gap and a considerable distance between them. The East Peak is recognized as a trekking peak, whereas the West is known as an Expedition Peak. Lobuche being an attractive mountain offers various existing routes and also a potential for new ones. The dark triangle of its rocky East face rises over the moraines of the Khumbu Glacier to a spectacular skyline, forming the south ridge. The normal route to climb mount Ama Dablam is from its South- West ridge. Most of the mountaineering beginners start their climbing through this Mount. Ama Dablam 6856m. Ama Dablam is a small snowcapped peak of 6856m situated in the Everest region. This South - West ridge is the normal and most popular route to ascend the Mt. Ama Dablam Mt. Cholatse is a really beautiful climbed mountain. The normal route starts from Macchermo side by the Gokyo Everest Trek. Several Unclimbed and difficult routes starts from Chola Lake,. It is in normal Everest Base Camp Route. Cho oyu is the sixth highest Mountain in the world. Located in a Short distance to the west of Everest and Lhotse in the Khumbu region (eastern Nepal with along the Tibetan border). Its towering peak stands with Everest well above the surrounding mountains. It became a familiar landmark to climbers ascending Everest’s North face. West from cho oyu is Nangpa La, the main trading route between Solu Khumbu and Tibet. A magnificient extreme expedition mountain. It is rated as difficult but most people like to explore it to face the challenge of nature. Location Khumbu- Hunku Himal. The peak Tukuche , probably the most beautiful peak of Nepal among the other tecknical peaks , rises to the south east of Annapurna. Location : Khumbu – Mahalangur Himal Kangchenjunga is the third highest mountain in the earth. Climbing Routes: Mt Lhotse is the fourth highest mountain in the world.
